Architectural Review + Redlining
Architectural Review + Redlining
This is a deliverable-based service for homeowners who want strategic design markups on existing drawings before construction moves ahead, because changes on paper are far easier and less expensive than changes during construction.
The focus of the Architectural Review + Redlining Consultation is:
how the home flows
how rooms relate to one another
how daily life will unfold within the plan
where refinement may be needed before decisions become more difficult to change.
Bring your existing architectural drawings, construction set or permit set and we will take a deep dive through both a functional lens and design lens. We’ll identify opportunities to improve spatial flow, room proportions, circulation, openings, sightlines, millwork opportunities, and the overall logic of the layout.
Your Outcome
You understand what should be refined in your drawings before the next round of development.
Your Deliverable
An annotated PDF of your existing construction documents, architectural plans or permit se with design redlines and comments to bring back to your architect, builder, or drafter for further development.
